For journeys beyond 25 miles of Pitlochry, I charge a milage fee, however if appropriate we can discuss a residency arrangement for holiday accommodation or relief chef services.

While I will always do everything I can to be as helpful as possible during your event, I may be unable to personally provide table service. Should you prefer to have dedicated table service, I can make best endeavours to source Table Assistants, however there is limited local availability and this service cannot be guaranteed.

I aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours, however when I am delivering an event, it may take a little longer to receive my reply.
